The program supports joint commercially-focused joint industrial R&D projects between Israeli and Maryland companies in all technological fields.
Program Administration

The program maintainsoffices in both Maryland and Israel; Maryland and Israeli entities should contact their respective offices at any time. [link to contact us]

One or Two calls for proposals (RFP) are published per year. Each RFP is open for 3 to 4 months for submission of application forms. [link to the most recent RFP]

MATIMOP, together with the DBED and MIDC, will assist companies to find an appropriate partner. Forms are available for companies seeking assistance in locating potential partners. [link to form]
·
An initial assessment of a joint project will be performed upon submission of the Cooperation Form. MATIMOP, together with the DBED and MIDC can provide assistance in preparation of the Cooperation Form. [link to form]
Application Procedures

Partner Search Form
MATIMOP, together with the DBED and MIDC, will assist companies to find an appropriate partner. Forms are available for companies seeking assistance in locating potential partners. [link to form]

Cooperation Form_
Companies which already have partners may obtain a “pre-ruling” or initial assessment of the joint project by submitting a Cooperation Form. [link to form]

National Forms
- OCS Forms for Israeli Companies
The full project application is submitted by the companies on their respective countries’ national forms for review by the respective national authorities. Israeli companies should submit their applications on the OCS application forms. [link to OCS forms]
