Overview :
ISPRA began its manufacturing in 1978 and began exporting in 1979. Production has increased since 1980 at an average of 30% per annum. Since early 1984, the company has established a sales and export sales department in Israel and has started a sales office in the USA.
ISPRA has developed ADELCO, a fiberoptic system for an automatic detection of leakage of crude oil.. It automatically detects crude oil floating on water in very short time. Being spark free and non-electric, the automatic control and alarm system may be remotely activated from the shore or from a vessel.
Further development of ADELCO will focus on detection capabilities for oils other than crude oil and introducing it into the market.
The company devotes 75% of its efforts to R&D work in products based on advanced materials and technology while doing contracted R&D projects and producing unique engineering systems.
