ADUMIM is involved in developing nano-size self-assembled liquid
structures (NSSLs) for the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical

ADUMIM offers a full range of emulsifiers, cloudifiers,
emulsions, and integrated formulations for manufacturers of both
traditional and health foods. The company also offers
private-label service to leading food manufacturers and
suppliers.
In addition to its activities as a leading Israeli manufacturer
of food additives, ADUMIM FOOD INGREDIENTS has recently developed
several unique nutraceuticals resulting from extensive R&D in
collaboration with The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. All
products are patent pending and include:
** Fenugreek gum - a tasteless, odorless, natural high-potency
fenugreek derivative for lowering blood sugar and cholesterol
levels;
** Kombucha concentrates from fermented teas - minimum six-fold
of the famous "magic mushroom ferments", obtained without thermal
damage to the active constituents;
** Citrus Polyphenols - a unique combination with proven extra
potyency as an anti-oxidant, derived from citrus only.
A public company, Adumim is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
