* DiskOnChip - a high-performance, single-chip flash disk,
offering a a high-performance, single-chip flash disk, offering a
fast, cost-effective and compact solution for applications with
limited space, such as mobile handsets and PDAs (capacity:
16MByte-1GByte). The DiskOnChip family of products provides
reliable and fast non-volatile memory (NVM) to store data and
code locally. DiskOnChip products are available in a wide range
of capacities, form factors, and bus interfaces, targeting
various applications in the embedded and mobile markets. Based on
leading-edge NAND flash technology, an ultra-thin controller and
the most advanced flash management software, DiskOnChip provides
an optimized NVM solution with an ideal cost structure.

* DiskOnKey - a universal, pocketable, pen-sized, secure data
storage device that connects directly to any laptop or PC
Universal Serial Bus (USB) port (capacity: 16MByte-2GByte).

* Fast Flash Disk (FFD) - an advanced solid-state disk, designed
for military, aerospace and network infrastructure applications
that require highly reliable and durable data storage with
superior read/write performance (capacity: 32MByte-131GByte). FFD
(Fast Flash Disk) products provide rugged, high-performance and
highly reliable data storage. They withstand extreme
temperatures, shocks and vibrations, even in harsh conditions,
without compromising on data inTEGRITY.
FFD solid-state flash drives are a drop-in replacement for IDE
and SCSI mechanical disks, eliminating seek time, latency and
potential failures inherent in conventional rotating disks. FFD
reduces the Total Cost of Ownership while enhancing reliability
in the field.

* MegaSIM#8482 technology enables transforming a standard SIM
card to a high capacity flash-based storage card with advanced
security features to enable a variety of compelling mobile
applications.
The MegaSIM family leverages the benefits of M-SYSTEMS'
acknowledged expertise in flash data storage with its
field-tested Fortress SuperMAP crypto-core technology, used in
millions of smart cards. This combination enables MegaSIM to
significantly extend USIM card capabilities with: high-capacity
flash storage (from 16MB to1GB), crypto functionality, processing
power and high-speed data protocols. It is the ideal solution for
mobile operators to substantially raise revenue levels per user,
while differentiating their network-based products and services.
