Since 1993 FOXCOM, a division of OnePath Networks, was
established by a team of fiberoptic experts, the Company has been
marketing point to point fiberoptic connectivity solutions. These
systems continue to demonstrate its market leadership in
reliable, high bandwidth point to multi-point connectivity, and
are an integral part of the infrastructures used by leading
international communication companies around the globe.

Today, FOXCOM harnesses that breakthrough technology by
delivering 2.4 GHz of bandwidth, over a single wire or fiber, to
the residential market. FOXCOM's system solutions combine

FTTH technology has made great strides, and FOXCOM is leading the
way with HomePath, a first-mile network infrastructure that
