the Zemach Enterprises Jordan Valley Ltd. to provide the
framework for Israeli scientist-entrepreneurs to transform
their knowledge and experience into marketable products and
high-tech companies. This creates a pool of commercial
opportunities and new jobs, which should bring prosperity to the
region.

Activity: Kinarot experienced management team finds and screens
potential entrepreneurs and high technology projects that meet
the criteria of Kinarot in terms of their potential to become a
business success in two - three years of R&D and business
development activities in the Incubator.
Assistance in locating investment and strategic partners is an
important aspect of the work of the incubator managememt.

provided by the Office of the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of
Industry and Trade.
* Private Investors that provide matching funds.
* Sales of shares that Kinarot owns in those project companies
that have entered into a commercial stage.
