ORMAT Energy Converters often combined into power plants of 1 to
130 MW, harness locally available heat sources, including
geothermal energy (steam and hot water), industrial waste heat,
solar energy and low grade fuels. More than 30 power plants have
been constructed around the world in 11 countries from US through
Iceland to New Zealand, from Italy to China, and now in the
Philippines two 15 MW plants and one 130 MW plant.
