Aluminium Finishing Processes

change in measures and in fatigue strength.
* Chromic Acid Anodizing: 336 hours in salt spray test*,
insulator up 200 volts, thickness of 3-8æ, no change in fatigue
strength, good paint adhesion.
* Sulfuric Acid Anodizing: 336 hours spray test*, insulator up
750 volts, thickness of 5-25æ, can be easily dyed, integral
printed and painted.
* Super Hard Anodizing: 336 hours spray test*, insulator up 2500
volts, thickness of 5-125æ, hardness of 50-70 RC, can be easily
dyed, printed and painted.
* P.T.F.E Impregnation on Super Hard Anodizing: As super hard
anodizing, with low friction coefficient.
* Wet Painting: Using a large variety of paints and low and high
temperature curing P.T.F.E base coatings.
* Powder Coating: Using Epoxy, Epoxy polyester and Polyester
Powders.
* Chemical Milling of Aluminum: The process is used to reduce the
weight of parts for the aviation industry.
