pilot scale manufacturing subsidiary of Cima NanoTech Inc. as a
result of the merger between NANOPOWDERS INDUSTRIES LTD. and Cima
Nano Tech Inc., headquarted in Minnesota. (June 2003).
CIMA NANOTECH ISRAEL develops and markets pure nanosized metal
powders and alloys such as silver, gold, silver/palladium,
silver/copper, silver/aluminum, nickel and cupper for the
Microelectronic industry. The company developed new technologies,
patented as a Metallurgical and Chemical Process (MCP), for the
engineeringÿ process of high quality nanopowders materials that
can not be produced by traditional methods. The MCP process
produces particles that, in contrast to particles of conventional
materials,
** Spherical,
** Virtually free of chemical residues,
** Uniform by small,
** Not strongly agglomerated,
** Engineered.
The company can apply its other proprietary technologies to
further process this particles to set new standards for a range
of additional high performance commercial applications.
CIMA NANOTECH ISRAEL has identified initial commercial
applications for its nanocrystalline materials in four primary
market: electronics, medical, batteries and industrial catalysts.
The company has started increased global marketing activity, and
is expecting the signing of two strategic partners agreements
with leading companies in the passive components field.
