CIMA NANOTECH ISRAEL develops and markets pure nanosized metal
powders and alloys such as silver, gold, silver/palladium,
silver/copper, silver/aluminum, nickel and cupper for the
Microelectronic industry. The company developed new technologies,
patented as a Metallurgical and Chemical Process (MCP), for the
engineeringÿ process of high quality nanopowders materials that
can not be produced by traditional methods. The MCP process
produces particles that, in contrast to particles of conventional
materials,
