country, while the connector plant is one of its kind in Israel.
DEUTSCH DAGAN is certified to ISO 9001 and QS 9000. DEUTSCH
DAGAN's quality system conforms to the latest quality standards
such as TQM (Total Quality Management) and computerized SPC
(Statistical Process Control).
DEUTSCH DAGAN LTD. incorporates three separate divisions - a
machine shop for precision metal parts, a department for the
manufacture and assembly of electrical connectors and a division
that markets other Deutsch mechanical and electromechanical
products.
Deutsch Dagan Ltd. has a modern machine shop with automatic Swiss
screw machines, CNC machines for turning and milling,
multi-spindle machines for mass production, semi-robotic
dedicated machines, assembly machines, induction hardening,
grinding and thread rolling machines, and equipment for all
secondary and tool room support.
One of DEUTSCH DAGAN's strengths is its ability to self-design
and build semi-robotic machines dedicated to a specific project.
The Company's Machine Division specializes in mass production of
high-tech parts and assemblies for the automotive industry mainly
in the US and Europe, as well as connector parts both for Deutsch
products and non-Deutsch connector lines, and a line of
communication connector shells to a wide range of connector
manufacturers mainly in the US.
The connector department assembles Deutsch ECD and Compagnie
Deutsch connector lines. DEUTSCH DAGAN is listed as an authorized
manufacturing and assembly facility on American Qualified
Products List (QPL) and is approved as a vendor for the Israeli
Ministry of Defense and Israel Aircraft Industries.
