IBR was established in 1995, for the development, production and
sale of innovative, natural, non-toxic, active ingredients for
applications in the cosmetic industry and future potential use in
the pharmaceutical and food industries.
IBR performs its research and development activities at its own
research laboratories in the Industrial Science Park, Rehovot,
Israel and markets its cosmetics ingredient products through
Symrise GmbH & Co. KG.
I.B.R. has completed the development and commercial production of
the following products and commenced sales of its products in
2001.
* Cosmetics: IBR products are characterized by their innovative
and original approach, and IBR ingredients are incorporated in
the products of some of the world's leading cosmetics companies.
* DORMINS: Natural extracts from plants and plant organs in their
dormant stage which slow cell proliferation, maintain younger,
healthier skin and provide the mechanism for enhanced skin
protection. (IBR patented technology). DORMINs include:
** IBR-dormin - Natural aqueous extract from dormant bulbs that
is able to slow cell proliferation in a nontoxic and generic
manner. IBR-dorminr optimizes maturation, preserves
youthful-looking skin and improves skin appearance and
properties.
** IBR-Tom - An aqueous serum obtained from tomatoes that
balances cell proliferation and optimizes maturation.
* Colorless Carotenoids: Colorless Carotenoids are natural,
colorless carotenoids that exhibit anti-oxidant,
anti-inflammatory, UV absorbance properties. The colorless
carotenoids also protect from degradation and boost the activity
of other active ingredients. (IBR patented technology).
ColorLess Carotenoids include:
** IBR-CLC ColorLess Carotenoids - phytoene and phytofluene from
algal source with proven abilities to protect against damage
caused by oxidants and inflammation, and with UV absorbance
properties.
** IBR-AAC Anti Aging Carotenoids: a Phytoene and phytofluene
plus beta-carotene from an algal source, which has proven its
