auditory and verbal communication skills of hearing impaired
children and adults.
By tailoring it's products to the specific and previously
unsolved needs of the hearing impaired, AVR has been able to
position itself as a high quality provider of unique and
affordable personal communication systems and devices.
AVR has already demonstrated its technical leadership by being
the first company to develop a Frequency Transposition Hearing
Instrument - the TranSonic and AVR has also been the first to
introduce a BTE (Behind The Ear) FM wireless Hearing System
called the Extend-Ear. AVR also designs its own custom integrated
circuits, and has world wide patents for a number of its
proprietary technologies.
