CogniTens Ltd. is a leading metrology full solution provider,
focused on improving engineering and manufacturing processes in
the automotive and other manufacturing industries. Through
solutions based on innovation in 3D non-contact measurement
technology especially designed for manufacturing environment, the
company allows its customers to significantly improve product
quality, shorten development cycles, and cut manufacturing costs.

CogniTens' unique and proprietary technology allows fast
measurement of manufactured parts in plant floor environment. The
technology transforms 2D images into highly accurate 3D objects.
The Company's systems allow rapid, sub-millisecond image
acquisition and calculation of deviation values of measured parts
and assemblies from their design intent. Automatic feature
extraction and analysis provide numerical and color coded images
that show whether critical dimensions are within their
specifications. CogniTens' systems produce reports that are
easily disseminated and understood by all levels within a
customer's supply chain.

The Company's product platforms include the Optigo, a portable
manual measurement system for pre-production, engineering, and
process development; and OptiCell, a fully automated robotic
system for process and quality monitoring.

The Company's systems are commonly used in automotive production
engineering and manufacturing disciplines. The Optigo is a
standard tool for die development, assembly process development,
and root cause analysis during vehicle launch. The OptiCell
replaces conventional gauging methods (i.e. checking fixtures) of
parts and assemblies, introducing a new level of flexibility and
cost savings to vehicle program development.
