Overview

iMDsoft Ltd. is a medical software company. iMDsoft has developed
the MetaVision clinical information system (CIS) to help
intensive care units (ICUs) face the increasing volume of
information generated during patient stays while contending with
growing pressures to reduce costs.

iMDsoft's MetaVision Suite is a leading-edge clinical information
solution for acute care environments. It consists of MVICU-
MetaVision for Intensive Care Units - and MVOR- MetaVision for
Operating Rooms. Modular versions are also available, as is myMV,
iMDsoft's web-based communication platform.

The MetaVision Suite provides integrated data collection,
presentation, and management. It is fully customizable to reflect
the unique needs of each unit, and its flexible display may be
tailored to the requirements of individual users.

iMDsoft's products automate labor-intensive tasks, improve
patient care, promote error reduction, and support process and
cost control and containment.

In 1992 a group of Israeli healthcare professionals and
programmers came together with the vision of designing a
cutting-edge information management system for ICUs. By 1994,
MetaVision, iMDsoft's flagship clinical information system, was
introduced into the intensive care unit of Tel Aviv's Sourasky
Medical Center. iMDsoft was officially incorporated in 1996.

MVICU, iMDsoft's clinical information system, was first
implemented in European hospitals in 1999, and has been operating
round-the-clock at numerous sites ever since. MVOR, iMDsoft's
anesthesia information management system, was launched in 2002
and is now implemented in Japan and Israel. In 2000, iMDsoft
signed a strategic partnership agreement with Fukuda Denshi Co.
Ltd of Japan, a leading manufacturer of medical instrumentation.

By harnessing the skills of over forty talented clinicians,
programmers, writers, and technicians, iMDsoft has established
itself as a leading provider of medical information management
systems, and hospitals worldwide now benefit from the added value
that the MetaVision Suite brings to their acute-care environment.

MetaVision CIS represents a new generation of patient care system
for ICUs. The MetaVision Graphical patient information system
version 5.0 is a Clinical Information System utilized for data
collection, management and storage. The system is used in
conjunction with independent patient bedside devices and systems,
connected via a network.
MetaVision also provides tools to permit extensive retrospective
review and analysis in support of outcomes and quality studies,
unit management, clinical research, and cost control. MetaVision
provides a comprehensive suite of clinical applications to assist
clinicians in managing the care of critically ill patients.
