technology, to provides high reliability and easy to use
products, both for the operator at the monitoring center and for
the end user.
The system consists of monitoring center, home unit and wireless
panic button.
Rom-Phone (1993)Ltd. was established in October 1993, with the
purpose of developing, manufacturing and marketing Personal
Cordless Distress (panic) & Alarm devices and systems. The
systems provide medical security and other services to the
elderly, disabled, people living alone, children and pregnant
women and gives them peace of mind.
The TSOS-2000 is a telecommunication system, which supports
customers in distress situations, such as medical and care
distress,
burglary and fire, by using existing telephone line.
Wireless Panic Button connects subscriber to the monitoring
center via the subscriber's home unit. Two way, hands-free voice
communication with monitoring center from any location in the
house. Compatible with most alarm systems (fire, burglary, etc.)
Transfers medical data (ECG etc.) to the medical monitoring
center via subscriber's telephone line (option).
Monitoring Center (p.c. operated) uses State-of-the-Art
sophisticated graphic software on Windows. Upon receipt of the
customer's call, his personal & medical file are displayed on the
monitor. Alarm systems, such as fire alarm, burglary system etc.,
communicate with the monitoring center via subscriber's home
unit.
Home Unit automatically dials emergency center when panic button
is pressed, or when activated by smoke, burglary, motion or any
other detectors.
* Contains powerful speaker and sensitive microphone, enabling
hands-free speech communication with the monitoring center from
anywhere
in the house.
* Contains a high capacity rechargeable battery, for backup
operation. Up to 16 wireless and 4 line sensors supported by the
subscriber's home unit.
* By using external optional sensors, the home unit transfers
"home- performed" medical diagnostics such as ECG, Spirometer,
etc.
* Ideal for silent alarm applications (banks, gas-stations, post
offices, etc.).
