PLR engineers have managed or been involved in a large number of
military avionics projects, particularly in the field of Avionics
Integration, Video and Data Recording and Flight Tests. These
projects included design, integration, test and manufacture.
Since its establishment, PLR has designed, manufactured and
marketed a wide variety of data, audio and video recording
systems. These integrated digital recorders are put to use in
military, law enforcement and civilian applications. PLR's
products are airborne, mobile, land based or naval and are used
either operationally, for training, flight testing, or as
maintenance tools. Each of the recording systems is complemented
by a ground based playback system, providing comprehensive
debriefing capabilities. The Debriefing Stations are provided
with a "straight-forward-user-friendly" man-machine interface,
simplifying debriefing of Air-to-Air or Air-to-Ground sorties,
Terrain Following, Navigation, Search and Rescue, Flight Tests
and any other type of mission. The airborne units have all
undergone extensive environmental testing and are proven
airworthy systems.
