Sleep apnea is as common as adult diabetes, however limited
public knowledge of the disorder and treatment options have left
the vast majority of sufferers undiagnosed and untreated. In
order to better treat and continuously monitor these health
problems with higher patient compliance rates, SLEEPUP plans to
initially introduce two complementary OSA products. Both patented
products utilize SLEEPUP's common technology platform. Utilizing
the technology developed for the OSA product line will enable
SLEEPUP to enter additional breathing disorder areas.
Major features of these patent pending products utilize the
SLEEPUP proprietary technology platform which incorporates:
* miniaturized biosensors
* on-device multi-parameter evaluation
* on-device visual / audio display
* multi-channel wireless and wired communication (cellular,
Bluetooth and telephone)
* distant / remote adjustment of monitoring and response

* bi-directional communication with health professionals via
SLEEPUP's backbone servers system
Utilizing the bio-sensor technologies and underlying monitoring
platform developed for the OSA product line will enable SLEEPUP
to enter additional breathing disorders areas. These include
distant and further sophisticated COPD and Child Asthma
monitoring, as well as other breathing-centered vertical markets.
The number of patients is estimated in more than 40 million in
the USA, Europe and Japan alone. Worldwide, the OSA therapeutic
market is almost US$ 1.2 Billion and the continuous growth rate
is 20% !
The patients' compliance to present treatments for OSA is poor
due to its size, price and lack of comfort. This leads for market
penetration of less than 25% of potential patients.
SleepUp has taken a unique perspective on the problem and offers
an escalated treatment to OSA sufferers, based upon two devices
and a monitoring system.
The suggested devices are comfortable, compact, easy to use and
maintain and will increase patient's compliance and treatment

SleepUp finished limited clinical trials in its first device and
