Overview

CLARITON NETWORKS (formerly Passover) develops innovative
communications equipment, infrastructure and products - enabling
wireless and cable operators to deliver high quality wireless
services (cellular voice, cellular data) to the residential
indoor environment via the CATV infrastructure . CLARITON
believes that utilizing the existing wide area network (WAN)
cable television (CATV) infrastructure, a broadband pipe in which
tremendous investment has already been made, is the most cost
effective means of providing these services.

CLARITON regards the CATV WAN as a "broadband pipe" reaching
inside the home and believes it is in the interest of wireless
providers to make use of this already existing "pipe" to deliver
various wireless services into the home from a centrally operated
location outside.

A company holding both Cellular and Cable infrastructures can
deliver these services alone. Other companies will require
cooperation between the cable and the cellular operators by means
of an agreement, MVNO or other; in either case the result is of
economic and strategic value to their current business.

CLARITON is currently marketing two applications to operators in
any location where CATV exists (primarily Europe, US, India and
China):

CableCell - enabling high quality indoor cellular services; This
product will enable cellular operators to provide indoor voice
services in significantly higher quality than today, provide high
bitrate data services and all this at a significantly lower cost
(both investment and operating) than current alternatives.
