pharmacological research applications. An automated sleep study
analysis and clinical information management system, Morpheus
enables consolidated centralized sleep diagnostic processing and
patient management from geographically distributed centers using
WEB based technology and implements state of the art signal
processing and data mining techniques.
WIDEMED has gained extensive expertise in automated analysis and
diagnostics of sleep disorders, processing over 80,000 sleep
studies, working with 200 physicians from 85 sleep labs in US.
Widemed has performed innovative research studies with the
leading pharmaceuticals such as Merck, GSK and Cephalon, who use
WIDEMED's innovative technologies to gain more insight into drug
effects on the Insomnia and other CNS disorders. WIDEMED is
negotiating with a leading public company to become its
distributor in this market, while selling to key sleep services
organizations, cardiology practices and CROs.

In-Patient setting, with the cooperation of one of the largest
worldwide Medical Devices provider. Breakthrough research of
cardio-respiratory multi-markers for CHF patients has been
launched during 2005, to develop monitoring technology for status
trending and optimal drug titration.
