Overview

EXOTECH BIO SOLUTIONS LTD. - EBS, was established on November
1999 with the goal of becoming a leading R&D establishment in the
field of composite polymers. Using private capital the company
has built an advanced research environment and acquired moderate
production capabilities.

EBS has finished the development of several products targeting
the major consumers of superabsorbent markets. The superior
safety and competitive performance of the company's materials is
a starting point at developing market awareness and larger scale
production capabilities.

EBS is in the business of advance composite polymers. Company's
mission is to develop and bring to the international markets new
products to extend the opportunities of using superabsorbents.

EBS products are especially designed by professionals for
applications in the fields of pharmaceuticals, personal hygiene,
agriculture and a wide range of others.

EBS's novelty is a patented (pending) macromolecular entity
called "BioComposite" (BioC) - a macromolecular compound which
takes part from block copolymers category of type A-B, with a
specific combination ratio.

EBS's materials and production technology are in the process of
being patented. Patent application has been submitted and is
pending in Israel and the U.S., with a PCT request for all other
international markets. The patent claim covers a broad spectrum
of uses of the chemical compounds and the process. EBS owns all
rights to the patent and will explore to develop the various
applications of this core technology.
