Overview

CBYOND LTD.(a Gyrus ACMI company) is a foreign R&D Center in
Israel, a medical device company. CBYOND is developing a unique,
innovative line of disposable miniature imaging and operational
solutions. These devices and systems will be targeted for minimal
invasive and cardiac procedures, which require access to small
and hard-to-reach areas of the body.

CBYOND's mission is to develop a unique, innovative line of
disposable miniature viewing and operational devices and systems
for the diagnostics, minimal invasive, cardiac surgery and other
medical markets; thereby improving existing, as well as making
possible, new surgical procedures. CBYOND plans to revolutionize
MIS solutions by developing and manufacturing a line of
miniature, disposable, viewing systems which are attached to
endoscopes and catheter tips.

CBYOND's systems - diagnostic and operative tools that are
minimally invasive and provide new visualization capabilities.
* Cbscope - A series of next-generation disposable endoscopic
front-ends for minimal invasive diagnostics, surgery and cardiac
procedures.
* CCU - The Central Control Unit receives the digital data from
the CBscope and converts it into standard video format.
* IVIC - Intra-Vascular Imaging Catheter, is a breakthrough
device for performing intra vascular procedures, while receiving
real-time images from within the vassals. These patent pending
catheters integrate a balloon or a stent with CBYOND's disposable
imaging device.
