CELEBROS Israel is an R&D facility in Israel of an international
company headquartered in California with offices in Germany,
France and the UK and representation in Spain and Japan.
CELEBROS is the developer of the Qwiser Salesperson search
solution designed specifically to meet the needs of online
retailers. Qwiser's feature laden
solution uses proprietary algorithms and specially created
knowledge bases. The end-to-end solution is based on a new
approach to search that places the
online shopper at the center, with the knowledge that when
shoppers easily find what they want, they buy.
CELEBROS' Qwiser Salesperson uses patented proprietary technology
that employs linguistic, statistical and commerce knowledge to
render optimal search
results for every query. Multiple components interact dynamically
with intelligence, speed and precision.
When a shopper submits a query, Qwiser Salesperson forwards it to
the Query Analyzer. The Query Analyzer can understand all search
terms. Its smart
algorithms and vast knowledge base are commercially oriented,
with NLP (Natural Language Processing) abilities that generate
accurate analysis
regardless of misspellings, or syntactic and semantic
ambiguities. Clear queries produce immediate and accurate search
results. For vague or
problematic queries the Query Analyzer focuses on the concepts
inherent within the search term then proceeds with additional
refinement.
The Query Analyzer extracts useful information from unclear
queries and forwards it to a pair of operations known as the
Ranker and the Dynamic
Question Generator (DQG). These operations work to clarify
queries and increase the likelihood of precisely locating the
desired product. The Ranker forwards a list of prioritized,
relevant products along with their calculated probabilities to
the DQG. The DQG then initiates an interactive dialog with the
shopper. Simple multiple-choice options are dynamically generated
to facilitate the most efficient search path. The shopper's
response prompts
appropriate results or creates additional dialog for further
clarification.
Qwiser Salesperson uses an index engine to automatically place a
retailer's entire catalog into a meaningful hierarchy of product
categories. The engine
applies advanced algorithms, mathematical and statistical
formulae, NLP, and AI (artificial intelligence) techniques to
Celebros' proprietary commerce knowledge base. Products are
enhanced with metadata enriching them with information beyond
name and description. This creates search results that are
concept driven, versus term driven, and gives retailers the most
intelligent search results applicable to their site.
