device company that is seeking to open new horizons in lung
evaluation with its proprietary patented technology, Vibration
Response Imaging (VRI).
VRI is designed to capture images not attainable using other lung
imaging technology. VRI design is intended to measure vibration
response energy generated in the lungs, to create a radiation
free, dynamic, real-time structural and functional image of the
respiration process.
Based on this technology, DEEP BREEZE is developing its flagship
product, the VRI2000, an imaging device that is designed to
visualize vibration energy emitted from the respiration process.
The VRI technology was granted the CE mark in September 2005,
received the Medical Device and Accessories approval by the
Israeli Minister of Health in January 2006, the Korean Food and
Drug Administration Approval in January 2007, and the FDA 510K
clearance via the pre-market notification process to for
Marketing in the USA in August 2007 and approval of registration
by the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) of the People's
Republic of China in January 2008.
Deep Breeze Ltd. is ISO 13485 Medical Devices Quality Management
Systems certified.
DEEP BREEZE goal is to improve the way clinicians diagnose and
treat respiratory conditions through innovative medical imaging
technology.
