HomeNet's main product is Remote Site Management system. It is a
unique concept and one platform solution for common markets -
Homeland security, home security and home communication system.
The homeland security market needs a solution platform also for
small areas as remote sites, buildings, complexes and campuses.
By utilization the today state-of-the-art situation, the Remote
Site Management exploits the opportunity to provide Homeland
Security applications integrated with communication platform. The
system based on Central Station (or Stations) that controls and
manages on many Remote Site Equipments, and enables transfer of
voice, video, control, security in a very cost effective way over
public IP infrastructure or dedicated IP networking. Each Remote
Site Equipment located in security site area, as homeland
security building, and has connectivity to public network
(Internet, IP VPN, etc.). Management Central Stations (one or
more) could be located anywhere over the same public network. The
connectivity to the public network is via Broadband Modems (as
Cable, xDSL, cellular).
The second product is Smart Complex. The main uniqueness of
HomeNet Smart Complex intelligent intercommunication system lies
in it's providing for an "IP intranet" infrastructure network in
buildings, complexes, campuses or remote sites - allowing
contractors, building-management companies or services providers,
to offer tenants; Security/Surveillance/Access Control
applications, Smart Home capabilities, Broadband for Internet
services/IP telephony/Videophone and other services on this same
infrastructure.
HomeNet systems have already installed in apartments, buildings,
complexes and remote site areas. In addition, HomeNet has
installed in many protected/emergency rooms in Israel for
monitoring and controls these remote sites.
At present, HomeNet is leading a European consortium (under
CELTIC - Program for European Leadership in Telecommunications)
regarding a new project development named RSM - Remote Site
Management (It is an expansion technologies from our current
products). HomeNet also coordinating a Work Package in additional
European consortium (under ITEA - Information Technology for
European Advancement) regarding a new project development named
"URSP" - Universal Residential Service Platform.
HomeNet COM established in June 2000 and started its sales
activities early 2003.
HomeNet COM has signed strategic partnership agreements with
companies in Israel and Europe and has representatives in France,
Russian, Korea and India. HomeNet plans to continue its
development and marketing efforts based on its knowledge,
experience and strategic partners.
