are based on a platform of topical pharma and cosmeceutical
compounds. These compounds were generated by Prof. Dikstein, and
present an accumulated experience and extensive expertise which
have generated over the years numerous anti skin-atrophy
formulations some of which are to be used as prescribed drugs,
and some as cosemeceuticals.
One of TOPIMED current activities centres around an anti skin
atrophy drug (Dik 60), which is the first product to be developed
out of TOPIMED anti skin atrophy platform. Dik 60 is to be the
first efficient skin anti ageing preparation.
TOPIMED's main target is the activation of dermal fibroblasts in
vivo. TOPIMED has developed an agent (DIK-60), which reverses the
thinning of epithelial parameters, the number of layers and
thickness and also reverses the loss of hyaluronate in the dermis
of postmenopausal women.
