NGT invests pre-seed capital for early stages of technological
entrepreneurship.
NGT is an incubator with the following unique characteristics:
* NGT is operating under the new "pilot" commercial regulations,
as a for-profit limited company.
* Basic start-up budget up to almost US$ 600,000.
* The state grant will not be reimbursed through royalties on
sales by the company.
* The Shares of the developer/entrepreneur in the ownership of
the start-up will be between 30 to 70 percent
* Entrepreneurs at NGT benefit from preferred terms and unique
environment
NGT Portfolio consists of the following Start-Up companies:
* D-Herb Ltd. develops medical products based on traditional
herbal medicine. D-Herb Ltd. has under development an herbal
extract for the reduction of glucose levels in the blood with
clinically proven efficacy, derived from unique plants from the
Galilee area
* Nutrinia - Supplementation of infant formulas and newborn
animals feed products with natural, non-nutrient bioactive
proteins currently present only in natural mammalian milk. The
company is in advanced stages of clinical studies.
* Renopharm - Medicinal-chemistry start up, synthesizing Nitric
Oxide (NO) donor molecules for the treatment of cardiovascular
diseases and hypertension. In-vitro and in-vivo tests for proof
of concept completed. In Process: Synthesis of 20 NO-donor
molecules, Selection of lead compounds for toxicological tests.
* Fluorinex - Developing a novel system for Dental Active
Fluorination for the prevention of caries and decay.
