* BioXL/H - A high-end hardware accelerator for rigorous homology
searches.
The BioXL/H builds upon the proven strengths of the Bioccelerator
and BioXL/P, the industry standard in bioinformatics
accelerators. Based on feedback from leading customers worldwide,
we developed the BioXL/H for higher throughput and flexibility.
* GenCore - Core sequence analysis software: enables seamless
data flow and processing with various database formats,
algorithms, software and hardware; includes HMMs, profiles,
Frame+, BLAST, and Smith-Waterman applications. Controls and
enables use of all BIOCCELERATION's acceleration hardware
devices. Runs on Sun, SGI and Compaq Unix hosts, and wide
variety of Linux machines.
* GenWeb - A web-based graphical user-interface to the GenCore
package. Securely shared on the intranet or internet, with an
intuitive results viewer. Supports native and advanced user
modes.
