Overview

DEMOMAN INTERNATIONAL LTD. was established in June 1999, as an
Israeli company authorized by the Israeli Ministry of Defense, to
export security and defense know-how and technology. The company
was founded by former officers of the Israeli army's special
forces, intelligence and security community. These officers
possess, not only wide-ranging know-how, but the invaluable field
experience to accompany it as well.

The company main areas of activity:
* Business development for Israeli technology companies which
look for strategic partners and investors
* Security and Intelligence services and training
* Bomb Security and Explosive Ordnance Disposal

DEMOMAN has access to big American defense corporations and
private investors, as well as governmental programs like the
European FP-6. Demoman prepares the Israeli R&D companies for
their approach to the market, and allows them to use its
Washington D.C. office. DEMOMAN provides the umbrella of industry
insiders to support its clients to be successful in their
meetings and negotiation.

DEMOMAN screen the Israeli Security & Defense market for
potential international investors and industry special
opportunities, joint ventures and if needed negotiate on their
behalf to ensure success.

DEMOMAN's activities consist of Consulting, Training and Project
Management. Each activity includes a different level of
DEMOMAN's involvement in the project. DEMOMAN's training concept
consists of three overlapping layers: Deception, Prevention and
Reaction. DEMOMAN's work method allows you to draw upon its
roster of top international experts. Each team is assembled
