ECOZONE Technologies Ltd. - an advanced eco-technology firm
established in 1995 to develop and commercialize products
offering cost-effective solutions to complex industrial and
consumer environmental needs.

ECOZONE has grown into one of the global innovators in design and
production of ozone machines for eliminating unwanted odors.
The backbone of ECOZONE is its strength in applied science to the
field of ozone generation and odor removal. The driving force
behind this effort is Dr. Amram Fried who has authored numerous
papers on ozone related topics and heads the company's research
division. Dr Fried received his Doctorate degree in Solid-State
Physics at the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa.
In 2000 the company initiated the development of Non-thermal
Plasma Air Pollution Control Technology. This research was funded
by the EU as part of the `Fifth European Framework Program'. Work
in these and related areas have resulted in U.S. patents which
are the foundation of the company's products and are known as
`double dielectric barrier discharge technology'. This translates
to convenient portable, mobile and stationary commercial ozone
generators with high ozone output which can rapidly decompose
odor from various sources.

products:

flood & fire damage odor control market, that has already passed
the scrutiny of leading international restoration companies.
** The activO - a product geared towards indoor odor control that
has won praise from European hoteliers.

of foul odors in vehicles.

These innovative odor control & air sanitizing systems build on
powerful technology ported from ECOZONE's industrial expertise.
It incorporates ECOZONE's unique ADA (Activate DeActivate) system
that activates the oxygen in the air to produce unparalleled
rapid, chemical free, odor control & air sanitization results;
and subsequently deactivates the oxygen returning it to its
regular state. Utilizing electrically activated oxygen it truly
eliminates malodors by decomposing the odorous elements and
attacking airborne germs. ActivO not only treats the air but also
neutralizes odors that have clung to objects (drapes, upholstery,
rugs etc.).

Committed to innovation, ECOZONE recently turned its attention
towards the treatment of hazardous gases (VOC, NOx, SOx, and PFC
known for its contribution to the greenhouse-effect). During the
past year ECOZONE has devoted its resources to the development of
Double Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DDBD) technology, known also
as silent discharge plasma (SDP). This effort has resulted in the
patent pending prototype Plasma Pollution Control (PPC) system.
By applying the non thermal plasma electric field directly to the
polluted gas stream, the PPC unit is capable of treating
heterogeneous gases almost independently of flow rate and
pollutant concentration considerations.

Following extensive R&D, ECOZONE has developed its own line of
ambient air based generators. A proprietary electrode enables EC
ozone generators to match and even out perform oxygen based ozone
production, achieving an outstanding ozone/power consumption rate
and reducing overall costs.

The ECO systems, by ECOZONE Technologies Ltd., were specifically
designed as a turnkey means of controlling hazardous and
disturbing emissions. Incorporating the unique EC line, of
ambient air based corona discharge ozone generators, ECOZONE has
been able to successfully and cost-efficiently relieve odor
concerns in industries ranging from commercial kitchens to sewage
