The core of the production line is the calendaring department,
with an additional laminating department, a rotogravure
four-color printing department and machinery for PVC coating and
embossing.
All the production facilities, as well as the store facilities
are fully computerized, enabling a continuous flow of on-line
information. Quality improvement and quality screening procedures
are integrated in all production departments.
HAOGENPLAST LTD. manufactures in full compliance with ISO 9002.
Research and development: HAOGENPLAST's laboratory is equipped
with the latest instruments to service production lines as well
as new research. Research focuses on new membranes with low gas
penetration, military applications and membranes applied in
environmental projects.
Products: Vinyl flooring, waterproof roofing and building
membranes, ground liners, vinyl veneer, reinforced membranes,
vinyl tablecloth, stationery sheeting.
HAOGENPLAST Projects (1970) LTD applies HAOGENPLAST's membranes
in grain storage, aquaculture and lining projects in Israel as
well as abroad.
