PCB reliability, being the first dedicated and automatic software
solution for vibration (PSD, Transient etc.) and fatigue / HALT
(inc. 6 axes simultaneously PSD) simulation in the PCB market. It
provides, for the first time, a practical, fast and accurate way
to optimize PCB in terms of reliability / life span, and to
minimize field failure rates.
EXPERT DYNAMICS' mission is to provide a software solution for
verification and optimization of PCB design, which is faster then
any existing method, yet more accurate, and easier to use.
The demand for products' reliability is constantly growing, and
so is the demand for verification and optimization tools. These
are multy billion dollar markets today. With existing solutions,
the industry faces problems of long time to market, and high
levels of field failure rates. There is a wide market potential
for EXPERT DYNAMICS technology, in many industry segments,

Technology (Product) Description : Reliability simulation is
required in order to uncover potential design weaknesses before
the product is introduced and shipped. By simulating /
accelerating the aging of the products, it is possible to reveal
its true reliability, and identify time-related defects or design
problems that may otherwise lie dormant for months or years.
EXPERT DYNAMICS' software, Xrobust, is designed to replace
processes that take weeks or months, with a 1 to 2 hours process!
Yet, it leads to more detailed and accurate results then any
existing solution.
EXPERT DYNAMICS algorithms have already been tested and verified
against lab tests, at ECI Telecom, with excellent compatibility
between the simulation and the test results. The software is
fully automatic, and can be operated by any ECAD user. It
substitutes an expensive lab process and pushes the simulation
phase upfront to the early stage of the PCB design / layout.
Xrobust's algorithms, together with the ability to forward the
verification / optimization process upfront in the design cycle,
has dramatic consequences in terms of time and money savings,
shortening time to market, product's optimization and product's
reliability.
