Yehiam - an agricultural cooperative located in the Western
Galilee. Situated in Israel's lush, green, northern region, the
superb location of the kibbutz puts it in the heart of important
Biblical crossroads and historical intersections leading to
impressive Crusader castles. With its fresh, crisp air, the
eco-friendly fields of the Galilee are home to Israel's choice
poultry. DELI YEHIAM uses this healthy livestock for its rich,
juicy cuts of savory delicatessen.
Both at home and abroad, the DELI YEHIAM label stands for
specialty delicatessen made from select cuts of turkey and goose
meat. An ISO 9002 certified company with over 30 years of
experience in the delicatessen field, DELI YEHIAM produces close
to 100 different types of savory products. Manufactured in the
Yehiam factory approved by the EEC, USDA and the Japanese Health
Authority, all items are produced under stringent hygienic
conditions ensuring that there is no direct human contact with
the goods.
Equipped with the latest technology, DELI YEHIAM's
state-of-the-art plant covers an expanse of 10,000 square meters.
Staffed by 120 employees, its work force includes professional
technologists and food technicians heavily engaged in R&D.
Using the latest technology, DELI YEHIAM has created a wide range
of delicatessen products available in blocks. Designed for over
the counter sales in supermarket delicatessen corners, the blocks
- such as smoked turkey breast, oven roasted turkey breast and
dark turkey pastrami - are available in a wide range of coatings,
including paprika, honey, pepper, garlic, etc.
The famous farmland flavor of DELI YEHIAM especially appeals to
the health conscious. Primarily using low-cholesterol turkey
meat, DELI YEHIAM supplies meat lovers with appetizing,
all-natural, protein products that are low in calories, have a
1.5% fat content and 29 mg of cholesterol.
Using the finest raw materials from abattoirs controlled and
supervised by the Israeli Veterinary Services, Deli Yehiam
succeeds in manufacturing tasty delicatessen products. The
company adheres to strict quality control procedures during every
step of the production process in a factory operated under the
supervision of a veterinary surgeon. All DELI YEHIAM products are
kosher, manufactured under the supervision of the Nahariya
Rabbinate, and approved by the Israeli Chief Rabbinate. Products
exported to the United States are OU Glatt kosher. In addition,
DELI YEHIAM products also have the Hallal dietary authorization
of the Acre Islamic Court.
