PROJECT SUMMARY
VIMPLICITY is developing a Voice Instant Messaging Platform, of
Push and Presence capabilities, called "VIMPulse". VIMPulse is
based on an innovative server technology that enables
simultaneous voice recording and playing. Utilizing VIMPulse, a
target user can be reached while the message is still being
created, allowing instant transfer to conversation mode.

VIMPulse's product offers an innovative telephone service and
enabling technology, based on the Legacy SS7 technology, powered
by the "PUSH" mechanism, reception notification and real time
presence servers (including Third Party). Contrary to existing
technologies, VIMPulse does not use a Store and Play mechanism
but rather offers `Real-Time streaming'.
VIMPulse therefore offers a substantial improvement over existing
communication technologies and can capture new user segments such
as non-SMS users who have experienced difficulties with keying in
and other SMS operations. VIMPulse's simple interface will
assure the product a relatively easy market penetration.
