We provide partner matching services as well as access to joint funding mechanisms dedicated to the development of business-driven partnerships of Israeli and U.S.-based companies through joint innovation projects. These programs reduce the risks taken in international R&D ventures, while creating new business opportunities.
Our Partnerships in the U.S
South Carolina – Israel Innovation Authority Industrial R&D Collaboration
Agreement signed 15 October 2013 to facilitate and promote bilateral and multilateral industrial R&D activities, and in particular joint industrial R&D projects, between entities from South Carolina and from Israel in Life Sciences;: Advanced Materials; Sustainable Energy; Transportation;
Defense/Homeland Security and Health Information Technology .
Implementation of this program will be by ATI in South Carolina and IIA in Israel.

Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium- Israel Innovation Authority Cooperation
The Israel Innovation Authority has joined the US Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC), a biomedical technology consortium operating under a 10-year renewable Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) with the U.S Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC). Through its membership in MTEC, IIA invites Israeli companies to submit medical R&D project proposals in this new cooperation framework.

Open Call for Proposals
This call is open to companies from all sectors who wish to collaborate with a U.S company in a R&D project. Matchmaking and funding is available on a yearly basis. The U.S Company must have presence in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Philadelphia, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin

Nevada – Israel Innovation Authority Industrial R&D Collaboration
An MOU was signed in November 2016 between the WaterStart Nevada and Israel Innovation authority, in order to create a practical mechanism for accelerating development and deployment of water tech solutions.
Implementation of this program will be by Waterstart in Nevada and IIA in Israel.

Israel Colorado Innovation (ICI) Fund- Israel Innovation Authority collaboration
The Water/Energy/Transportation (WET) Industries Israel – Colorado industrial R&D Collaboration Program was created as a result of the MOU signed between the states in 2015. Israeli companies from the relevant sectors are eligible to receive R&D funding from the Israel Innovation Authority in addition to ICI funding.
